My First Time Writing
This is my first time writing in a "blog" so I'm not sure what to write... about, I guess. Well, I guess I could start off with that my name is Rachel and I'm Mormon. I started writing because some of my family uses it and I thought it'd be cool, you know, an online journal.
In about a month I'm going to Utah to visit my relatives and I can't wait. It's always a lot of fun and very interesting to spend time with my family because... well, we're a very interesting bunch (sorry, couldn't help myself with the quotations). My sisters and brothers, of which I have eight, are clever and funny and I always have a good time with them.
Now I'm going to talk about me being kind of a "Lord of the Rings" fan. I really like the action, adventure, and meaning of it. There is a site called HobbitLore.com and on it there is a LOTR personality test. I took it and at first I got Aragon, but the next time I took it I got the Dwarves and then the next time I got The Old Gaffer. It's so weird to think I'd go from someone noble, to someone like a dwarf, and then to someone like a hobbit. There is online tests for you.
I don't know how to end these things so i'll "go with the old standby", well, got to go, bye!

Rachel! I am so, so delighted that you are blogging as well. And I'm baffled--baffled because you sound so intelligent and real, and I remember you being a little girl with a messy pony tail and a penchant for lecturing people. I remember you holding crayons, pretty exclusively. And now you have a blog--an interesting, articulate one.
So great.
Good job.
So, here's my question (and this is meant to be food for thought): how much do you know? And, is it enough?
(I'd like a meaty answer. And I'd like it posted to your blog.)
With much love, Sarah
Even though this was a long time ago, I'm sorry Sarah, but I can't really answer.
I have a question though.
I lectured people?
See you soon!
